It’s Time to Shine as South Australia’s food and beverage industry prepares to come together for its biggest night of the year.
Tickets are now available for 2026 South Australian Premier’s Food and Beverage Industry Awards Gala Dinner, taking place on Friday, 13 November at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
This year’s theme, Time to Shine: Celebrating Achievement. Inspiring Excellence, puts the spotlight on the people, products and businesses that represent the very best of South Australia’s food and beverage industry — recognising their achievements, innovation and contribution to moving our industry forward.
For more than 25 years, the Awards have celebrated excellence across the food value chain, recognising established industry leaders alongside emerging businesses, brands and individuals making their mark.
The 2026 finalists will be announced on Tuesday, 6 October, before the winners across 17 award categories are revealed at the Gala Dinner.
Guests can look forward to a bespoke three-course South Australian menu crafted by Executive Chef Gavin Robertson and showcasing products from 2026 finalists, alongside premium South Australian beverages, live entertainment and an immersive dessert experience.
It’s an opportunity to come together, celebrate success and recognise the people and businesses helping shape the future of our industry.
