ABOUT THE EVENING
Prepare to immerse yourself in a celebration of all things food and beverage. Kick off the night with drinks and delectable canapés as you enter. Then, savour a specially crafted three-course South Australian menu during the awards program, curated by renowned Executive Chef, Gavin Robertson, featuring our finalists' products and a new immersive dessert experience. Your meal will be perfectly paired with a selection of premium South Australian wine, beer, and beverages, all inclusive.
The program will see the presentation of 17 award categories, with the evening’s highlights to include the induction of the 2026 Hall of Fame recipient, culminating in the highly anticipated Consumer Choice Award and the coveted Judges’ Choice Award for Business Excellence.
The fun doesn’t stop there! After formalities conclude, the festivities will continue with an immersive dessert experience and the chance to dance the night away with live entertainment until midnight.
